Independence Day

Today marks the 232nd anniversary of Will Smith saving the whole planet from Alien invasion. With the help of Jeff Goldblum he managed to stop the invaders from harvesting us all and turning us into dust.

Wait... that's not how it happened, is it?

I'm sure it had something to do with us being the honourable fellows we are and giving them civilisation and words like colour, authorise and aluminium and letting them totally cannibalise them...

However it happened; Happy Fourth of July, chaps!
